Italian Cream Cake for a birthday. It's a rich 3 layer cake. Each layer is white cake with pecans and coconut, separated with a layer of cream cheese frosting. The cake is covered in cream cheese frosting with coconut on top and pecans covering the sides.
Our family served this cake at my mom's birthday party and it was incredibly delicious! My dad said it 'was the best cake he ever ate". Everyone loved it! Thanks Jenny!!
